This role requires a blend of sales acumen, market analysis skills, and a deep understanding of the design and development industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporting to Director &#8211; Business Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Experience: 3+ Years<\/p>\n<h2><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><b>Lead Generation &amp; Business Research:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactively identify and research potential clients in target industries, focusing on companies with design and development needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilize business intelligence tools and resources to gather market data, identify trends and analyze competitor activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach, networking and strategic research.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and pain points to tailor solutions and proposals effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and their key decision-makers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><b>Sales &amp; Client Relationship Management:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our design and development services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with project management and development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><b>Market Analysis &amp; Strategy:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide insights and recommendations to refine our service offerings and marketing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay up-to-date on the latest design and development technologies and industry best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><b>Reporting &amp;
