Our research practice plays a critical role in shaping product clarity, usability, and long-term impact.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">We\u2019re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives in an agency environment, someone who can balance rigour with speed, insight with action, and collaboration with independence.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Your Mission<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead research efforts across client engagements and help teams uncover deep user insights and translate them into confident product decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">You will work closely with UX, UI, marketing, and sales teams to ensure research actively shapes design direction and business outcomes, rather than living only in reports.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">This is a hands-on leadership role.
