Research plays a central role in how we define problems, validate ideas, and shape product direction.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">We\u2019re looking for an Associate UX Researcher who is deeply curious about people, rigorous in method, and excited to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Your Mission<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">As an Associate UX Researcher, you will contribute to research across client engagements and support teams in uncovering actionable user insights.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">You will work closely with UX, UI, marketing, and sales teams to ensure research findings inform design decisions and business direction.
