You will gather and analyze business requirements, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support design and development teams. You\u2019ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive digital products that meet user needs and align with business strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate closely with UX\/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure alignment between design, tech, and business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use data-driven insights to guide design iterations and product improvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create user stories, process flows, and wireframe annotations to support development and design teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support testing efforts by helping define test cases and acceptance criteria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or related education qualification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a tech or design-driven environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Monday, Confluence, or similar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in a design agency, digital product company, or creative tech environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working knowledge of UX\/UI principles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding of frontend technologies like ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular is a plus<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"75\" data-end=\"130\">\ud83d\udcbc <strong data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"128\">Join Our Design-Driven Tech Culture Today!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"406\">Step into a role where your business insights power innovative user experiences.
